Mainly used as human passing door of factories, commercial and residential buildings. It can be made into single leaf, unequal double leaf or double leaf.

Door leaf and frame are made from galvanized steel. Surface is treated with electrostatic power coating, with much butter adhesion and durability than traditional painting. The color will not fade and come off through a long period. Heavy duty stainless steel hinges are used to fix door leaf onto the frame, realizing smooth opening and closing.

Classify

SSD-STD Ordinary steel door: Fit for human passing areas without fire-protection requirements. Middle of door leaf is filled with honeycomb paper or rock wool.

SSD-FR Fire rated steel door: Fit for areas with requirement of fire protection. It can effectively stops spreding of fire and facilitates escape of human. It can be classified into three types according to different test standards, nameply China national GB standard fire door, American standard fire door and Europe standard fire door.

According to China national standard, fire door should be classified into three grades, Grade A, Grade B and Grace C. Fire rated time of them are 90 minutes, 60 minutes and 30 minutes. Inside of leaf is filled with high-density fire perlite board. We adopt Super-High-Pressure chemical bonding technique, to directly fix the national perlite mineral onto a steel tube skeleton steadily. Due to this unique process, our door is much better than traditional fire door with single perlite board inside, as for density and bonding force. Density of perlite: 200 kg/m3;

Compressive strength: 690 kpa. Thus the door will not deform and damage after long-time use and also gain better fire resistance and thermal insulation. American standard fire door is most widely accepted. Complying with UL10C and NFPA252 norm, it can pass through local official fire audits in most countries of the world. Except Europe and Oceania. We can offer fire doors certified by WH, FM or UL organizations. Fire rated time reaches up to 3 hours.

Europe standard fire door, complying with EN 1536-1, widely accepted in Europe countries. Fire rated time reaches up to 2 hours.
